• Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on every order, anywhere in mainland France! ✨ No minimum spend required. Because feeling fabulous shouldn’t cost extra to receive.

⏱️ Processing & Dispatch

• We work fast! Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). 🛍️

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our atelier in Fontainebleau.

📦 Delivery Timeframe (Once Shipped)

• Once dispatched, delivery within mainland France usually takes 2-4 business days. 📅

• Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our trusted carrier (La Poste/Colissimo) and can occasionally be impacted by factors outside our control, such as high volumes or local delays.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

• Keep an eye on your dress! Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to follow its journey directly on the carrier’s website (usually www.laposte.fr/particulier/outils/suivre-vos-envois for Colissimo).

🌍 International Shipping (Currently Unavailable)

• Important: At this time, we only ship within mainland France (Métropole). 🚫

• We are unable to process orders for delivery to Corsica, Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM), or international destinations. We apologize for any disappointment this may cause.

📬 Delivery Address

• Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. We ship to the address provided during purchase. CSCECES cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
