You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return for a full refund or an exchange. 📅

Best part? Return shipping is on us! We provide a prepaid return label to make the process simple and free for you. 🚚💨 (Because we believe in a truly risk-free try-on).
🧾 How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us First: Please email us at cgarvi292@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and whether you'd like a refund or exchange.

We'll Send Your Label: We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and simple instructions.

Pack & Ship: Securely repack the item(s) in their original packaging (or similar protective packaging), attach the label, and drop it off with the carrier (La Poste/Colissimo). Keep your drop-off receipt until the return is processed.
💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Need a different size or color? We’ll happily exchange your item, subject to availability.

If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

⚠️ Important Conditions for Returns
For an item to be eligible for a return or exchange, it must be:

Unworn & Unwashed: In brand new, pristine condition.

Original Tags Attached: All labels and tags must be intact.

In Original Packaging: Safely repacked in the original garment bag or box if possible.

Free of Damage: No stains, makeup marks, tears, odors, or alterations.
🚫 We Cannot Accept Returns For:

Items Damaged After Delivery: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been damaged due to wear, accident, or misuse after they were delivered. This includes stains, tears, snags, or alterations made by the customer. (This is considered "dommage accidentel" or accidental damage).

Items Not Meeting Conditions: Items not returned in unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached and in original packaging.

Final Sale Items: Any items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase (though this doesn’t seem to be your current policy, good to include for future).
